Pick one team for Week One that you think will win the
game outright (no point spread)

Your team must WIN for you to advance. (TIES
will be considered as a LOSS)

If your team wins in Week One, you advance to Week
Two, etc….

YOU CAN ONLY USE A PICKED TEAM
ONCE.

The winning pot goes to the last player(s) remaining
in the pool

Cost is $50.00
per team payable when entry is received (Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Cash).

One buy-back for $100.00
is allowed prior to week 2 only for entries that were eliminated in week 1.

WEEK ONE STARTS Sunday, October 7th,
2007
- All entries must be received by Friday, October 5th, 2007

A 10% administration fee will be in effect.

All picks must be submitted before Friday
9:00 pm PST for weeks when games begin on Saturdays or Sundays. For early week game starts
(Thursday), picks will be due earlier (except week #1). If you miss the
deadline, your pick will be the team with the highest point spread from the www.vegasinsider.com
web site NFL spreads that you haven’t used in the previous weeks.

Phone (604) 290-5833 and leave your pick on the
answering machine. (This number is only to be used if you have no access
to email)
Standings and weekly selections will be emailed
(posted on-line) prior to Sunday’s games.
